If a client wishes to cancel, please cancel no later than 24 hours before your appointment. Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be forfeited if you choose to cancel. NO CALL, NO SHOW: A 50% deposit is required to book all future services. Late Policy: If a client is 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be applied to the final price. If a client is 20 minutes late or more, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.
